    A third  successful year, again , at strategy matrix we have one consultant, Paul Helliwell, on a long term full time contract with a clinical software company and consultant Paul Haley "at home" running over nine local contracts ranging from company restructuring - M&A - and strategic marketing projects adding serious value and support to the range of long term clients.

    Innovation 2 Market officially launched this is a joint venture with Solent University to assist companies to take new products to market. Submission of ideas goes before out panel and if accepted we offer prototype support and hands on sales and marketing for a share of the equity of the company we will set up for you as the idea generator,

We have been disillusioned at the quality of business advice available to both start-up and established companies. We have used our experience, professionalism and training to bring a new concept in delivering relevant advice to this region's business community.
