SCALE ONE; This process takes approximately 5
man days and is a fixed cost of £3,275 plus VAT.
SCALE TWO; This process takes approximately 10
man days and is a fixed cost of £7,000 plus VAT.
We will provide a presentation
and report based on our findings, which will contain our recommendations
for future investigations.
MODULE 4 (REPORTING)
Module 4 is where we collate all this information off site
and produce a Balanced Scorecard style approach to your business
giving you a
full "handbook" to the areas of your business which are
critical to your profitability and future growth. We draw in all
the other reports and identify the areas of greatest concern to you
and highlight areas where you need to be concentrating your efforts
for the future. Our comprehensive report is written in a format which
allows easy accessibility and is written in a clear non-jargon way.

man days and is a fixed cost of £1,875 plus VAT.
SCALE TWO; This process takes approximately 6
man days and is a fixed cost of £3,750 plus VAT.
MODULE 5 (SKILLS TRANSFER)
A "Balanced Scorecard" is a useful tool, but that is all
it is and to use the tool correctly needs maintenance and supervision.
With the Skills transfer Module we train selected members of you
key staff to use this tool and to maintain the communication and
information flow it produces. We want you to be aware of every critical
area of your business and to see where and when it needs adjusting.
Our whole focus is in making your company more profitable. We will
train your staff to be "Drivers" of this system NOT to
be "Mechanics" of the process.

man days and is a fixed cost of £1,250 plus VAT.
SCALE TWO; This process takes approximately 5
man days and is a fixed cost of £3,750 plus VAT.
BUSINESS START UP
This module is a cut down version of the MIB process and is designed
specifically for start up enterprises that have a core
skill or product which is in demand. Here we interview the
Owners and/or senior management
to ascertain the direction the company wishes to take.
We
are interested
in all the aspects of setting up the company from raising
funds to implementing company systems from the outset to
ensure that
success
is part of the planning process. This process takes approximately
8 man days and is a fixed cost of £4,000 plus VAT.
The fee is reimbursable if you undertake to follow the
whole Matrix
Process
but the Module is also a stand alone piece of work. We
will provide support to any business start up and cover
all the
areas included
in the full MIB but to a lower level.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
We are very aware that some businesses need support and it is not
our intention to abandon companies which have utilised our services
and we can arrange to offer the following services to you on an
as needed basis.
- Business Support Programme where you can buy days of our time in
advance and utilise them when you need them.
- Access to Financial Experts to support and enhance your existing
Accountancy functions
- Access to Training and Further Skills Transfer services by vetted
and Strategy Matrix Partner Approved associates to cover
areas such as: HR - IT - Sales Training - Marketing Services and
Performance or Executive coaching
All the Business Support Services are quoted on a case by case
